I’ll be there (I think this is my 18th trip in the last 23 years) late in the week. Any other Oppos making the trip? Should be a fantastic year.

I’d planned on going a couple of years ago, but that plan didn’t work out. For the past couple of years, that trip has slipped through the cracks in my schedule and I haven’t been able to lock it down. I’d really like to get out there one year.

I’d go but its quite the damn trip from MN. I enjoyed 2013... but I dont recall the F-22 being at that show

Yeah, I think this is the first time it’s been there since 2007. The F-35 will be there as well.

You must live relatively close. It’s a 5 hour drive for me so I usually come up and camp for a couple nights.

Jumpseat on a slowtation into Appleton is the closest I’ll get to flying in. Although I still might be able to swindle my way on board with a friend. Flew in on a helicopter a few years ago. Rather anticlimactic since you simply fly strait in and land at pioneer airport. You bypass all the standard arrival procedures.
